Product Description

This is a noninfectious recombinant DNA hepatitis B vaccine prepared in yeast cells. No substances of human origin are used in the manufacture.

Vaccinated Population: All people including neonates, children and adults
Specs: 5μ G: 0.5ml, 10μ G: 0.5ml
Dosage Form: Liquid for intramuscular Injection

Immunization schedule: 0, 1st, 6th month

Administration and dosage:
Shake well to ensure complete dissolution of the pellet.
Inject intramuscularly at the deltoid muscle of the lateral upper arm.
For children (0-15 years of age): 0.5ml is applicable. The usual immunization regimen consists of 3 doses of vaccine according to this schedule: First dose: At elected date; Second dose: 1 months later; Third dose: 6 months after first dose.
For adult (16 years of age older): 1.0ml is applicable. The usual immunization regimen consists of 3 doses of vaccine according to this schedule: First dose: At elected date; Second dose: 1 months later; Third dose: 6 months after first dose.

Adverse reactions
The adverse reactions are very slight after vaccination.
Some local reactions, such as slight redness, itch or fever, are self-limited within 24 hours.

Contraindications
This vaccine is contraindicated for the following people:
Patients suffering with fever, acute disease or serious chronic diseases
Patients with hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the vaccine, such as excipient, formaldehyde, and yeast
Those with a history of allergic reaction after inoculation of hepatitis B vaccine

Precautions
Shake up well before use.
Do not use in case that there is any crack in the container, the vaccine has ever been frozen or there are big masses that can not be dispersed by shaking.
As with all injectable vaccines, epinephrine solution should be readily available in case of anaphylactic; It is strongly recommended that the vaccinated patient should take a rest on the spot after vaccinating.
